毕 业 设 计 题 目 ---机械设计模块 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 摘 要 我国机动车保有量急剧增长，交通供需矛盾日益凸显。特别是在静态交通中，传统停车场系统已不能满足日益增长的停车需要。 智能型立体车库的研究与开发是一个具有实用性的研究课题，以现阶段国内外智能型立体车库的分析研究为背景，把握立体车库专业化、复杂化、智能化、自动化的发展方向，正确判断社会需求，明确设计要求；从功能分析入手，进行概念设计、原理设计、方案设计、实用化设计和结构设计。 本设计主要内容为： 以城市“停车难”引出选题背景，纵观国内外立体车库现状及趋势，明确立体车库的需求和开发目标；介绍智能型立体车库的总体设计，主要包括车库选型、概念设计及总方案；车库开发原始数据的获取，明确车库、车位设计的参数要求；分别对功能分解后的三个主要分功能进行求解，主要牵涉到齿轮的设计计算、轴的设计计算、链轮的设计计算、轴套类零件的设计计算、导轨的设计等；对设计过程和设计结果进行综述，并指出本设计的创新点及不足。 本毕业设计就智能型立体车库的研究与开发，进行了详尽的研究和分析，并根据工程实际对立体车库进行了原理和实体设计。立体车库是一种高空间利用率的存车形式，对缓解城市停车难问题、改善城市交通秩序有着重要的现实意义。 关键词：立体车库；垂直升降；叉梳；提升系统；车辆掉头 ABSTRACT A sharp increase in motor vehicle quantities, traffic contradiction between supply and demand was loom larger. Especially in the static traffic, the traditional parking lots already cannot satisfy the need of the growing parking.
