The use of a wide range of blowers, according to its different effects, blowers used in all aspects of production and daily life.It used a large number of metallurgical, chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical, food, building materials, petroleum, mines, textile, gas stations, pneumatic conveying, sewage treatment and other industrial sectors.And,in sewage treatment, the use of most of the blower is Roots blowers and centrifugal blowers. In the design, useing the given design parameters：Inlet pressure 1 kg f / m (A)，Temperature of 20°C，80% relative humidity，Into the gas flow 100 m3/min，Discharge pressure 0.7kgf/m(G) and the actual situation of sewage treatment plants to the thermodynamic calculation and structural design.First determine the pressure ratio, according to the design pressure ratio to determine the number of segments of the blower. When the pressure ratio 3, the number of segments is 1. Because of this design pressure ratio of 1.763, so the number of segments is 1. Secondly, the physical parameters of the gas is calculated, calculate the gas constant of moist air and fixed entropy.
