毕 业 设 计（论文） 精度控制技术在造船业的应用 学生姓名： 指导老师： 专业名称：船舶工程技术 渤海船舶职业学院 2014年6月 摘 要 近几年国内船厂大规模的扩充国内造船能力不断增强，中国的造船已经成为了世界第三造船大国，但我们的核心竞争力和日韩先进造船企业相比有着相当大的差距。从船体建造而言，我们的精度管理差距更加明显。船体建造精度管理（Precison Controls for Hull Construction），从国外引进至今，目前已在国内造船上得到较快的应用和发展。 我们研究日、韩及其他先进造船国家之所以在造船技术上得以快速发展，根本一点就是推行精度管理的结果。 造船精度管理是最符合精益造船思想的，是精益造船的重要特征。造船精度管理就是用数理统计的方法，通过对造船生产过程中的加工精度管理和焊接热变形的误差控制，用补偿量代替余量的办法，减少造船加工、装配和焊接当中的无效劳动。日本船厂一般都专设精度管理组织，负责组织和推进全厂的造船精度管理。 关键词： 精度管理 精益造船 补偿量 ABSTRACT In recent years the domestic shipyard large scale expansion of domestic shipbuilding ability increases ceaselessly, Chinese shipbuilding has become the worlds third shipbuilding big country, but our core competitiveness and Japan and South Korea advanced shipbuilding enterprises have a considerable gap. From the construction of the hull, the precision of our management gap more evident. Shipbuilding precision management ( Precison Controls for Hull Construction ), introduced from abroad so far, currently in the domestic shipbuilding gets rapidder development and application. We study Japanese, Korean and other advanced shipbuilding countries that in shipbuilding technology to the rapid development, fundamental point is carried out the results of precision management. Shipbuiding precision management is most consistent with the lean shipbuilding thought, is the important characteristic of lean shipbuilding. Shipbuiding precision management is by using the method of mathematical statistics, through the process of shipbuilding production management and processing precision of welding heat deformation error control, use of compensation in lieu of allowance way, reduce shipbuilding processing, assembling and welding of the invalid labor. Japanese shipyards are generally designed for precision management organization, responsible for the organization and advance the shipbuiding precision management.
