中国人民武装警察部队学院 毕业论文（设计）题目 金华国际高层商住楼消防设计评析 学 号 姓 名 系 队 专业（方向） 消防工程 指导教师 讲师 二○一一年五月金华国际高层商住楼消防设计评析摘要摘　要：随着人们对居住建筑和商业用房的需求不断增加，加之城市用地紧张，商住楼这种占地面积小、使用功能多、经济效益好的建筑越来越多。但高层商住楼的功能复杂，商业部分装修豪华，极易引发火灾。因此对高层商住楼的消防设计进行评析十分必要。本文综合运用消防工程相关理论，采用处方式方法，依据相关消防技术规范和法律法规，以金华国际一期高层商住楼消防设计为对象，对建筑防火措施、建筑灭火设施、防排烟系统和消防电气系统等方面进行分析评价，并通过有关计算对室内消火栓系统及自动喷水灭火系统消防水泵选型、机械加压送风系统送风机选型、机械排烟风机选型等设计参数进行了复核，找出了该工程中不符合规范的消防设计并给出相应的整改意见。经计算，机械加压送风系统送风机和机械排烟风机的选型错误，剪刀楼梯间的排风口设置错误。此外，本文还对高层商住楼住宅部分建筑层数的界定提出了新的计算方法。关键词 高层商住楼; 火灾危险性; 消防设计评析; 水力计算The Analysis on Fire Design of Jinhua International High-rise Business-living BuildingAbstractAbstract: With the increasing demand for residential and commercial building, along with the intense need for urban land, business-living building, which covers smaller area, has more functions and high benefits, becomes common in daily life. Having the characteristics of complex function and luxury decoration, this kind of building has so much fire hazard that the analysis on fire design of high-level business-living building is essential.According to the relevant codes and technical standards on fire protection, this paper comprehensively uses fire engineering theories to audit fire prevention design of Jinhua International High-rise Business-living Building, trying to find out the problems and give some recommendations in terms of fire prevention design, fire installation, smoke control systems and extraction systems. Pump styles of internal fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system are checked, air supply systems of ventilator and mechanical smoke extraction fans. After calculation, the main problems includes: the wrong style selection of air supply systems of ventilator and mechanical smoke extraction fans, the shortage of smoke extraction vents in the scissors stairwell.In addition, new calculation method is given to determine the number of floor in the living part of the high-rise business-living building.Keywords high-rise business-livin
