Collective Lesson Planning Should Never Become A Mere Formality With the development of new curriculum reform, more and more?high school teachers?are beginning?to explore and sum up new approaches?through the curriculum reform experiment. Many people are aware of the fact: work efficiency × time = work performance, and the new curriculum should be focused on classroom teaching practice. In order?to?let curriculum reform go fewer detours or no detours, we only have to play the power of collective lesson preparation, pool the wisdom of groups of teachers in order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and really enhance the quality of education and teaching, finally achieving the overall co-development?of the individual and the school. Collective lesson planning is an effective teaching and research activity, based on individual careful preparation.
