摘 要 元朝是中国封建社会史上，商业空前繁荣的朝代，其独树一 帜的管理模式，为中国数千年历史的发展注入了新鲜的血液，积 极地采用汉法与有效的保持其传统的游牧民族的管理模式，为中 国在政治、经济、军事等管理体制的发展起到了承上启下的重要 的作用。本文主要通过论述元代税务机构、税官的职能，一方面 对元代税务机构发展、设置、分布以及税官的选用、管理等作了 详细的论述，另一方面，讨论了元代税务机构、税官的征税任务、 征税对象、税种等，旨在让读者了解元代完善的税务体制对市场 的影响和对元代商业发展的积极作用。 关键词：元朝 税务机构 税官 职能 II 硕士学位论文 段玉裁《六书音均表》研究 Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt Duan Yucaiis an outstanding Qing Dynasty scholar in phonology study, who has made great contributions to ancient Phonological study in terms of both theory and methodology, which exert profound influence on the later researchin this field. This thesis intendsto gives a detailed study of Duan’s masterpieceLiuShuYinYunBiaofromthe following aspects. First, based on collected data, this study divides the writing processof Duan’s LiuShuYinYun Biaointo three stages and thenexplores some disputed issueson the writingprocessin order toshow how DuanYucaibegan hisstudy ofphonology and later made greatachievements in that field. Secondly,this study gives abrief introduction of thestructure ofLiuShuYinYunBiaoas wellas the major contents of each part, with a focuson the significant theoretical problems such as ancient rhyme parts and their sequences, pictophonetic characters, stages of ancient sounds, ancient tones, assigning ofRu tone,etc. Thirdly, on the basis of the contributions made by ancient phonologists, some features in pictophonetic characters were recognized and pictophonetic relations began to be used in ancient rhyme studies.
