To be sure, there are other activities, in areas such as Performance Testing, or Data Conversion being performed, which are not depicted, but this diagram represents the top-level flow of tasks that make up the new method. As can be seen from the diagram, the first three phases include Conference Room Pilot evolutions. In both the Elaboration and Build phase, a similar group of tasks is performed to update key deliverables with changes, prepare a new environment, conduct a CRP, and identify any new exceptions/changes noted. As indicated by the looping red arrow at the upper right of the areas outlined in yellow, these task groups can also be iterated, or repeated, multiple times during a given phase. A 项目 Manager may decide to repeat the task group in a given phase, based on the specifics of the project, and/or the results of the first CRP iteration. Changes that require custom extensions will typically be built and tested in the Build 阶段, and introduced into the CRP 3.0 environment for Business System Testing purposes.
