Methods: 100 patients undergoing gynecologic hysteroscopy were selected from March 2017 to March 2018 in our Hospital, according to the random digital table method, they were divided into the electric anesthesia group and the general anesthesia group, 50 cases in each group, the general anesthesia group was given intravenous general anesthesia, the electric anesthesia group on the basis was given the transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation. The analgesic effect, narcotic drugs dosage, awakening, gastrointestinal function, complications of the two groups were compared. Results: The anesthesia excellent rate in electric anesthesia group was significantly higher than that in general anesthesia group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The narcotic drugs dosage, opening eyes, awakening time in electric anesthesia group were significantly lower than those in general anesthesia group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The complication rate in electric anesthesia group was significantly lower than that in general anesthesia group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
