毕业设计（论文） 设计题目： 三相异步电动机的电气故障与检修 系 部： 电气工程系 专 业： 班 级： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 职 称 摘要 三相异步电动机一般适用于不含易燃易爆或有其它腐蚀性气体的一般场所以及无特殊要求的机械上。如金属切削机床、泵、风机、矿山机械、农业机械等。电机一般为全封闭、自扇冷、鼠笼型三相异步电动机，具有高效、节能、起动力矩高、噪音低、振动小以及使用维护方便等特点。电动机应进行周期性保养与维护，发现故障及时处理，一般每月进行一次小保养，每年进行一次大保养。三相异步电动机的定子绕组故障主要有接地故障、短路故障、断路故障、绕组线圈接线错误故障，转子绕组故障主要有断笼故障和绕线式转子绕组故障。这些故障轻则使电动机不能正常工作，严重时不但危及设备安全，影响生产，而且还会对人的生命安全造成危害。 关键词 三相 异步电动机 绕组 转子 定子 短路 交流 Abstract Three-phase asynchronous motors are generally applicable to non-inflammable, explosive or corrosive gas, there are other places, and no special requirements for machinery.
