论现代企业管理制度的革新 摘 要 制度创新是指新制度(或新制度结构)产生，否定、扬弃或改变旧制度(或旧制度结构)的动态过程。具体地说，民营中小企业制度创新是 ”以企业为主体，为更好地实现企业制度的功能，在收益与成本评价的基础上，在制度供给的范围内设计新的企业制度的过程” 。制度创新主要涵盖企业财产关系、治理结构、分配融资、运行机制、管理模式等方面的创新范畴，它与技术等其他创新既有共性又有个性和显著特征。首先，民营中小企业的制度创新是其产品创新、技术创新、市场创新等一系列创新活动的前提，是产生主动创新和持续创新的重要制度保证；其次，企业制度要随着生产力和市场经济发展而不断完善，就必须适应经济全球化的需要，不断创新；另外，制度创新涉及企业内部不同层面的机制变革，同时还涉及企业外部的金融体制改革、社会保障制度改革、政府机构改革等外部制度变革，我们必须从系统的观点出发，注重企业外 部制度创新与内部制度创新的协调运行，促使其互动共进。 On innovation of modern management system 【Abstract】System innovation is the new system (or new system structure), negation, discard or change the old system (or the old system structure) and dynamic process.
