摘 要 近些年来，我国的供热面积慢慢的扩大起来，就北京而言，北京热力集团每年都要投资管网的建设及扩大，有时候扩大建设会造成资源的浪费，钱财就有所流失，另外，供热的价格逐年的上升，供热体制的改革给公司造成了很多麻烦，长此以往，企业的经营亏损比较严重，公司就失去了以往的活力，不利于供热事业的发展。笔者在北京热力集团有限责任公司热源分公司进行实习，了解到公司的一些内情，现在风险是客观存在的，国有企业也是如此。国有企业股份制改革之后发展迅猛。但是迅猛发展的同时也伴随着挑战和风险。我们要客观地对待这个问题，在公司的发展中，发现问题，就要努力的解决，用真实有效的财务方法来解决财务问题，以达到最优的效果。 关键词：财务风险,管理,热源,影响 Abstract in recent years, our countrys heating area slowly expand up, just for Beijing, Beijing heating group each year to the construction and expand the investment pipeline network, sometimes expand construction will cause the waste of resources, money has lost, in addition, the price of heating up year by year, heating system reform to the company which caused a lot of trouble, in the long run, the management of the enterprise is more serious losses, the company lost past vigor, go against the development of the cause of heating. We want to objectively about this problem, in the development of the company, find out problems, and will work hard to solve, with the real effective financial methods to solve financial problems, in order to achieve the best effect.
