摘 要 本毕业设计的题目为辽阳某办公楼设计。毕业设计是土木工程专业本科培养计划中最后一个主要教学环节，也是最重要的综合性实践教学环节，目的是通过毕业设计，培养土木工程专业本科生总合应用所有基础课、技术基础课及专业课知识和相应技能，解决具体的土木工程设计问题所需的综合能力和创新能力。本设计主要包括两个阶段的设计：第一阶段为建筑设计，第二阶段为结构设计。建筑设计阶段：根据建筑设计的依据以及建筑设计的基本原则，结合住宅设计的功能要求，在多个初步方案经济技术证明的基础上选择了本设计方案，并进行了住宅建筑的平面、立面以及剖面设计。结构设计阶段：选取框架KJ—3及其基础进行计算。确定框架计算简图；计算其上的荷载标准值包括恒载、活载、风载、雪载和地震作用以及框架在各种荷载单独作用下的内力，在此基础上进行内力组合；并根据抗震要求将框架梁、柱进行内力调整；然后选取最不利的内力来进行框架梁、柱的配筋计算。通过此次设计使我们掌握了科学的思维方式和正确的设计思想，以及综合运用所学理论、知识和技能分析和解决实际问题的能力。 关键词：办公楼；框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计；柱下独立基础  ABSTRACT The subject of the graduation design is Liaoyang science colligation building a design .A graduation project is the last chief teaching program in the educational plans of the civil engineering, and the most important comprehensive practice teaching program. Its aim is professional competence and innovation ability of civil engineering undergraduates in applying all knowledge from the basic courses, basic technical courses and specialized courses to solve specific problem in civil engineering designs by the graduation program to develop.The design consists includes two stages in the design: the first is for building design, and the second is for structural design.
