辽东白嗉鸭种质性能研究报告 史延平 罗永成 辽东学院动物科学系 辽宁丹东 118003 摘 要：辽东白嗉鸭是在北纬44°以南、东经120°—128°的区域内发现的一个具有独特外貌特征和生产性能的地方鸭种资源类群。笔者对该鸭种的种质性能测定结果为：从羽色及蹼色可分为三个亚型，即(P0.05)；0—6周龄成活率98.6%，7—24周龄成活率97.8%。开产日龄为184天、核心群入舍母鸭年均产蛋量249±12个、饲养只日年均产蛋量285±16个。普通群入舍母鸭年均产蛋量174.6±18个、饲养只日年均产蛋量186.3±16个；自然交配公、母比例为1：9，受精率为91.32%；该鸭种作为一个地方种质资源，对丰富世界鸭种遗传资源的多样性有着重大意义。 关键词：地方鸭种；种质资源；生产性能 A report of the research on Germplasm Performance of white craw duck in the east of Liaoning Shi Yanping Luo Yongcheng (The department of animal science Liaodong University, Dandong 118003) Abstract : White craw duck in the east of Liaoning , a local species with special character in appearance and production performance , was discovered in the south of latitude 44 degrees north and from longitude 120 to 128 degrees east. The results of germplasm performance of this duck species which was measured by the author as following: it can be classed into three sub-sorts from color of feather and web-footed, they are black feather and white craw duck, silver gray and white craw duck and gold web-footed and white craw duck; the shape and weight have dual-characteristics. Adult drake’s slaughter rate is 84.1%, pectoral rate is 17.6%, thigh rate is 16.4%.Duck and drake of silver gray feather as the same as duck and drake of black feather, the absolute peak period of weight gain occurred at 8-9 weeks of age (28-33 g / week. ); relative growth rate peak occurred at 4 weeks of age (80.43%-85.38%); The silver gray and white craw duck’s avoirdupois of birth and 24 weeks have greater weight than black feather types’. But the difference isn’t remarkable (P0.05). The survival rate of 0-6 Weeks is 98.6%, the survival rate of 7-24 week is 97.8%.The age of begin laying is 184 days, the annual egg production of duck-housed of Core group is 249±12, and the annual egg production of duck-days is 285 ± 16. To Ordinary group, the annual egg production of duck-housed is 174.6 ± 18, and the annual egg production of duck-days is 186.3 ± 16. I
