2015届毕业设计说明书 教育局办公楼建筑与结构设计 系 、 部： 建筑工程与艺术设计学院 摘 要 在做毕业设计的过程中，不仅让我们温习以前学的知识，而且帮助我们适应未来工作岗位的环境，在这个设计过程中，我们可以把理论知识与实践遇到的问题相结合，解决以前遇到的难题，毕业设计过程中，我们会去查我们所用到的规范，这样我们的专业知识就会更上一层楼，设计出来的建筑更加人性化更加适合时代，在做毕业设计过程中，形成了一种对自己严格要求的态度，不能有敷衍而过。 本设计是一栋五层办公楼，结构类型是框架结构，根据任务书中的要求，建筑采用外廊式，现在办公楼大多是采用框架结构，本设计采用横向框架称重，在这个毕业设计过程中，取了其中的一榀框架出来计算，按任务书上要求，本建筑不用做抗震设计，要考虑恒载、活载和风载作用下的内力计算，对于恒载的作用和活载的作用采用弯矩二次分配发法计算，风荷载的作用采用D值法，在设计计算的过程，都是按照相关的规范和相关的经济指标来做设计，也考虑施工过程中比较容易出问题的地方。 关键词：结构计算；弯矩二次分配法；抗震设计 ABSTRACT in the process of graduation design, we do not only let us review previously learned knowledge, and immediately took to the job has a lot of help to us, we can put the theoretical knowledge in the process of the design problems associated with the process of practice, can solve the problem of before, we also can be checked through the graduation design specification, we have used our professional knowledge to the next level, the design of building more human nature is more suitable for age, training us to do something in the process of doing the graduation design to be strict with their attitude, not a perfunctory attitude. This design is a six-story office building, structure is a frame structure, according to the requirements of the specification, construction USES the existent, now office building is mostly adopts frame structure, the design adopts horizontal framework weighing, in the process of the graduation design, took one out cross calculation, according to the requirements of task book, the seismic design of buildings dont have to do, want to consider under the action of dead load, live load and wind load, internal force calculation for the role of dead load and live load effect using iterative method to calculate, the role of wind load using the D value method, in the process of design and calculation, are in accordance with the relevant specification and related economic indicators to do design, also consider construction process is relative
