PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 14 中央财经大学 毕 业 论 文 关于中国民营银行发展现状及其存在问题的研究 论文作者： 专 业： 学 号： 班 级： 指导教师: 二О 一七 年 月 日 关于中国民营银行发展现状及其存在问题的研究 摘要 我国成立最早的民营银行当属1996年1月由全国工商联发起组建中国民生银行,这是我国首家主要由非国有企业入股的全国性股份制商业银行。然而后来随着外资银行的大举进入，在较长的一段时间内，我国金融市场外资银行比中资银行有着明显的竞争优势!现今学术界对民营银行的定义大致可分为产权结构论、资产结构论和治理结构论三种。发展民营银行不但利于加强中资银行的发展力量，也是我国当前金融体制深入改革的重要的前进方向!现阶段，目前我国的民营银行的发展还处于探索阶段，发展“民营银行”并且知道如何发展，在现在已经成为了一个很重要的问题了，在民营经济大发展以及整个金融体制改革的背景下，深入探究我国民营银行的发展之路，即研究如何使我国银行领域出现更多、更强的“民营银行”具有重要的现实意义。民营银行不仅需要发展，而且还需要成长进步，而现阶段国内很多民营银行还存在很多问题，本文从民营银行出发了解其之前的发展过程以及现在状况，努力解决现状，找到一个适合的中国的民营银 行的发展之路，实现其更好更快发展的目标。 关键词：民营银行；现状；发展；问题 Abstract Founded the first private Banks in China is in January 1996 bythe national federation of industry and commerce set up China minsheng bank, this is the first major by the non-state-owned enterprises in national shareholding commercial bank.
