摘 要 先进的无轴承旋翼,采用多路传力结构,取消了传统的,通过扭矩管和柔性梁共同作用来实现桨叶的。这种结构给动力学分析带来了挑战,因为。设计这样的旋翼就需要对它的动力学进行分析。本文以无轴承旋翼为背景,研究了具有多路传力结构的悬臂梁,做了如下工作: 1) 2) 本文的研究结果对于无轴承旋翼的动力学设计与分析有参考价值。 关键词: ABSTRACT Currently the most advanced multi-channel bearingless rotor power transmission structure,it eliminates the traditional flap hinges,lag hinges and pitch bearings and achieves blade’s flap,lag and pitch motion through the joint action of the torque tube and the flexible beam. This structure is very challenging to dynamics analysis, because the blade’s load is spread by the flexible beam and the torque tube in two paths, and bending and torsion coupling phenomenon exists in the flexible beam, it’s very different form the traditional one-way force transmission structure. Structural dynamics analysis is necessary in the design of such a rotor. In this paper, with bearingless rotor as background,I study the cantilever with multiplexed force transmission structure and did the following work: 1)This paper used analytical method, self finite element program and ABAQUS to research the single force transmission non-rotating beam and rotating beam. The results show that the impact of speed on the natural frequency reflected in the action of centrifugal force. The effect of speed on mode shape is very small. This paper compared the results obtained by various methods, and proved self finite element program and ABAQUS are correct. 2) This paper used ABAQUS to research the multiplexed force beam and analyzed the effects of speed and stiffness ratio on structural dynamics characteristics. The results showed that the natural frequency increases with the speed, and under normal operating speed, adjust the flexible beam and the torque tube stiffness ratio makes low-order natural frequency to avoid the low-order excitation force frequency can avoid resonance phenomenon. The results of this paper is very valuable for bearingless rotor dynamic design and analysis. KEY WORDS : multiplexed force beam, bea
