摘 要 随着我国经济的发展及国家对环境保护工作的重视，天然气的应用越来越广泛。相比燃油，CNG作为汽车燃料具有环保性、安全性、经济性，且CNG资源丰富，运输价格低廉，虽然在动力性能上稍低于燃油，但汽车使用也能充分满足道路运输要求，有利于降低运输成本，提高经济效益。由于这些原因，CNG将成为今后重点开发和推广的清洁燃料。 CNG母站的主要功能是接受上游管道来气，对来气进行计量、调压、过滤；然后将天然气送入卧式分离器进行初次脱水处理，使露点达到GB18047-2000的要求；再进入压缩机增压至25MPa；再用分子筛脱水器对天然气进行深度脱水；经过一系列处理达到气质要求的天然气被送往储气井储存起来。当需要对CNG拖车或CNG汽车加气时，储气井中的天然气通过加气柱或售气机向车载储气瓶充装压缩天然气。 本设计在严格遵循国家有关方面标准和规范的条件下，对临夏市CNG加气母站进行了初步的工艺设计。设计内容主要包括：CNG加气母站的工艺流程；主要工艺设备的计算及选型；设备的总平面布置等。 关键词：CNG加气母站；压缩机；天然气；分子筛脱水 Abstract With the economic development of our country, much more attention has attached to environmental protection. The application of natural gas is becoming more and more widely. Compared with petroleum, as a kind of motor fuel, natural gas has its own advantages on safety and economy, and it is environmental friendly. Furthermore, CNG resource is rich while its transportation is cheap. Though CNG is slightly inferior to petroleum on dynamic performance, it can fully meet the requirements of road transportation, reduce transportation costs, and improve economic efficiency. As mentioned above, CNG will be a emphasized and recommended fuel. The main function of a CNG base station is to accept pipeline gas from upstream to measurement, pressure regulation, and filtering. Then the gas goes to the horizontal separator for the initial dehydration, so that the dew point meets the requirements of GB18047-2000. Then the gas enters the compressor, compressed to 25MPa. Then the gas is dehydrated again in the molecular sieve. After these treatments, the qualified gas is stored in storage wells. When refilling a CNG trailer or a CNG vehicle, the gas goes through a gas column or a filling machine to car gas cylinders. This design has finished the process design of Linxia CNG base station under the national standards, design content includes: selection and calculation of equipment, a process flow diagram of the CNG base station and equipment layout.
