关于公司财务预警体系构建的调研报告 ——以X房地产公司为例 摘要： 随着复杂多变的市场经济环境的不断变化，企业内部经营存在的不可控因素等原因，决定了企业时刻面临风险的客观存在。企业如何通过自身功能有效地规避风险，首先就要从企业财务管理入手进行风险预警，如果企业财务状况逐步恶化将影响企业的正常经营和发展，甚至出现经营危机，当企业无法承受时，将面临破产倒闭。因此企业必须建立起财务风险预警指标系统，采取相应的措施将危机消灭于萌芽状态。财务危机预警成为了学术理论界和实践界研究和讨论的热点问题。本文基于财务危机预警的相关理论的理解，对当前的财务危机预警分析方法进行介绍，分析X房地产公司的财务预警系统的现状和问题所在，为X房地产公司构建企业财务危机预警模型提出相应的建议和措施。 关键词：财务危机；预警体系；构建 RESEARCH ON CORPORATtE FINANCIAI EARLY-WARNING SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION REPORT-CASE STUDY OF XX COMPANY ABSTRACT as the complex and ever-changing market environment changing, uncontrollable factor of internal management in enterprise and other reasons, determines the objective existence of enterprise at risk.
