适合中国国情农业科技推广举措及模式探析 　　摘要：关于如何推进科技与农业经济结合，使其有效促进农业经济发展，中国进行了很多探索和尝试，比如万名干部进万村入万户、派遣科技特派员、“三支一扶”、大学生“村官”计划等。而国外也有很多先进经验，诸如非政府组织主导的农业科技推广体系、建立农产品信息网络等。结合中国实际，应当探索并实施适合中国国情的农业科技推广举措及模式。如应加强农村基础设施建设，对农民进行系统培训，积极发展规模生产，扶持农技合作组织，鼓励科研、教学单位开展农业科技推广等。 　　关键词：农业科技推广；中国国情；农业经济；培训；非政府组织 　　中图分类号：F323.3 文献标识码：C 文章编号：0439-8114（2012）21-4920-04 　　Analysis of Models of Agricultural Science and Technology Extension Suited to Chinas National Conditions 　　GU Feng1，CAO Lin-hai2 　　（1.Institute of Agricultural Products Processing and Nuclear Agricultural Technology， Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences， Wuhan 430064， China； 2. College of Resources and Environment， Huazhong Agricultural University， Wuhan 430070， China） 　　Abstract： China has made many explorations to improve the combination of technology and agricultural economy which effectively develop the agricultural economy， such as the projects of “myriad state cadres into thousands of villages and families”， science and technology correspondents， “three supports and one assistance” and the program of “university graduate village officials”， and so on. Meanwhile， there are many experiences from abroad， such as agricultural science and technology extension system guided by non-governmental organization and the information network of agricultural products.
