This thesis analyzes the business flow and requirement of submission data in finance institutions, devise the client function suiting for all levels of finance institution, develop the system which could distill data from the business data of the finance institution, check up and form the consolidated submission files. It will reduce the workload of employees, ensure credibility and reality, and increase the efficiency of the non-locale supervisesThe system is based on WEB and uses the B/S structure, so that it can solve the problems of training and serving.
