Project Overview 项目名称：《香蜜湖片区城市设计国际咨询》 Project name: Xiangmihu Area Urban Design Competition 本次国际咨询活动拟向国内外征集最具创意的城市设计理念和方案，以“世界一流”标准，立足打造精品，坚持“世界眼光、国际标准、中国特色、高点定位”的理念，将香蜜湖片区打造成为深圳核心功能区规划建设的新标杆，建设成粤港澳大湾区的新引擎，进一步激发深圳发展新活力。 The competition intends to solicit the most creative urban design ideas and concepts of global vision, international standards, Chinese characteristics and high-end positioning from the domestic and international design firms, so as to develop a world-class project of finest quality and make Xiangmihu Area a new benchmark for the core district planning and construction in Shenzhen and a new engine in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to further boost the city’s development. 1.1项目区位 1.1 Project location 香蜜湖片区地处深圳核心区域，紧邻福田中心区，地处深南大道的重要段落，是深圳早期著名景点“五湖四海”之一。过去40年经历了多个发展阶段，见证了城市发展的历史。该片区在空间格局、综合配套、生态环境等方面具有突出优势，不仅是福田通达山海的生态廊道，也是福田中心区的重要拓展空间，是深圳具有战略价值的优质土地资源。 Strategically situated at the core area of Shenzhen and in close adjacency to Futian CBD, Xiangmihu Area forms an important urban component along Shennan Avenue.
