学生多元评价构建与实践 　　摘要：学生评价一直是一个值得探讨和深思的话题。小学生综合素质评价是学生评价的改革方向。学生综合素质评价，对教师而言是为了提高教育者的素质，调整教育行为，改进教育过程；对学生而言，不仅是鉴定学习成绩的水平，更重要的是为了充分挖掘学习潜力。为了能够更加科学合理的对学生进行综合素质评价，我校对学生综合素质评价进行了大胆的改革创新，开发了《成长驿站》——学生评价手册。 　　 本文从《成长驿站》的设计、结构、评价方式、效果四个方面进行阐述，说明了《成长驿站》的设计初衷，设计依据和内容结构及使用方法、效果等，阐明了她的优势。尤其是《成长驿站》在结构方面的特点介绍详尽，并插入了《成长驿站》的相应内容，使文章更加清晰、缜密，充分表现了综合素质评价改革的研究成果。 　　关键词 综合素质评价，《成长驿站》，学习能力与成绩 　　Abstract: the students evaluation has been a topic worth exploring and speculating. Pupils the overall quality appraisal is the student evaluation the direction of reform. Students comprehensive quality evaluation, in the case of a teacher is in order to improve the quality of educators, adjust the education behavior, improve education process; Speaking of the student, is not only the level of performance appraisal learning, more important is to fully exploit learning potential. In order to be able to more scientific and reasonable to the students the overall quality appraisal, our school for students comprehensive quality, to assess the bold innovation, develop the growth post -the student evaluation manual. 　　This article from the growth post of design, structure, evaluation method, the effect of the four aspects, and explains the growth post design original intention, design basis and content structure and using method, and effects, and expounds the advantages of her.
