移钢车液系统总体设计.doc

摘 要 根据企业生产的实际情况，在初轧机后安装了移钢车，移钢车的升降系统先将方钢抬起，然后移钢车在外力的驱动下，将方坯移到轨道的另一端，最后放下方钢，最后移钢车在外力的驱动下又回到起始位置。该种移钢车，减少了温度降低，避免了人工移钢的弊端，提高了生产效率。发挥轧机调整方便、精度高的优势，提高棒材的产量和质量。本论文主要研究移钢车的升降系统和车架,研究的主要目的是将所学的专业知识和生产实际相结合,寻求移钢车升降系统和车架的改进,寻求在满足生产要求和可靠度的前提下,改善机构性能,节省生产成本。本论文研究的主要方法是从终端移动方钢所需的负载开始，确定液压缸的工作载荷从而设计选择液压缸及液压系统其它元件。根据方坯的长度确定了移钢车的跨度，移钢车的车架采用箱形梁结构。其工艺成形的方法主要采用焊接。论文中对液压缸的活塞杆进行了稳定性校核，对移钢车的车架进行了弯曲强度和剪切强度校核。其计算结果表明，强度满足要求。 关键词：移钢车；方钢；升降 Abstract According to the actual situation of production , Mill in the beginning of a shift after the installation of shift steel vehicle.
