移钢车液系统总体设计

摘 要 根据企业生产的实际情况,在初轧机后安装了移钢车,移钢车的升降系统先将方钢抬起,然后移钢车在外力的驱动下,将方坯移到轨道的另一端,最后放下方钢,最后移钢车在外力的驱动下又回到起始位置。该种移钢车,减少了温度降低,避免了人工移钢的弊端,提高了生产效率。发挥轧机调整方便、精度高的优势,提高棒材的产量和质量。本论文主要研究移钢车的升降系统和车架,研究的主要目的是将所学的专业知识和生产实际相结合,寻求移钢车升降系统和车架的改进,寻求在满足生产要求和可靠度的前提下,改善机构性能,节省生产成本。本论文研究的主要方法是从终端移动方钢所需的负载开始,确定液压缸的工作载荷从而设计选择液压缸及液压系统其它元件。根据方坯的长度确定了移钢车的跨度,移钢车的车架采用箱形梁结构。其工艺成形的方法主要采用焊接。论文中对液压缸的活塞杆进行了稳定性校核,对移钢车的车架进行了弯曲强度和剪切强度校核。其计算结果表明,强度满足要求。 关键词:移钢车;方钢;升降 Abstract According to the actual situation of production , Mill in the beginning of a shift after the installation of shift steel vehicle. Avoid the drawbacks of manual shifting steel , Increased production efficiency . Adjusted mill play convenience, the advantages of high accuracy . Improve the yield and quality of rod . In this paper, steel major shift take-off and landing system and the vehicle frame, the main purpose of the study is to study the production of professional knowledge and practice for shift take-off and landing system and the steel vehicle frame to improve and seek to meet the production requirements and reliable degree under the premise of improving institutional performance, to save production costs. In this paper, the main approach is from the mobile terminal to the beginning of steel required for the load to determine the work load of hydraulic cylinder design options in order to hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic systems of other components.
