摘 要
快递业务相比物流具有寄递物品的限制与门到门服务的特点。近年来,B2C作为一种新兴的经济模式,发展十分迅速,而快递业务已经B2C企业的核芯竞争力之一。由于快递业的发展速度需要仓库、物流团队建设等许多硬件投入,而电子商务主要是通过订单等信息流来带头,所以快递业发展远远跟不上电子商务的发展步伐,因此B2C企业不得不自建物流以加强快递业务的竞争力,目前B2C企业快递业务的模式主要有垂直一体化模式、半一体化模式、“租凭+外包”三种模式,由于B2C企业大多资金充足,对快递服务要求较高,因此B2C巨头们不仅带来质优价廉的产品,更带来了先进的快递业务模式,为网民提供更优秀的购物体验,渐渐成为快递业发展的标杆

ABSTRACT
Express business compared with delivery of goods logistics limited and door-to-door service characteristics. In recent years, B2C as a new economic pattern, development is very rapid, and express delivery business has B2C enterprises core competitiveness of. Because the express industry development speed to warehouse, logistics team building and many other hardware investment, and e-commerce is mainly through the order of information flow to take the lead, so the development of express industry can not catch up with the pace of development of e-commerce, B2C therefore enterprises have to self-built logistics express business to strengthen competitiveness, the B2C Business Express business mode main vertical integration model, semi-integration mode, lease + outsourcing three kind of patterns, because B2C enterprises capital adequacy, to express service requirements are higher, so the B2C giants brings not only the quality and cheap products, but also brought advanced express business model, for users to provide better shopping experience, gradually as the development of express industry benchmarking.
