Beijing, China 100020 Party A: 甲方： 地址： Party B: 乙方: 地址: For the leasing of this draught equipment, Party A and B agree on the following: 就租用扎啤机事项，甲乙双方达成如下一致： Party B will only use the draught equipment provided by party A for brands purchased from party A. If the need arises for party B to use the draught equipment for products other than party A’s, party B must receive written permission form party A. 乙方只能将该扎啤机使用用于从甲方购买的啤酒。如若需要用于其他啤酒上，必须经得甲方书面同意方可。 Party B shall not transfer draught equipment to any other outlets, or lease the draught equipment to a third party, without written approval from party A. 除非得到甲方书面许可，乙方不得将该扎啤机转借其他用途或其他人使用。 Any loss of parts by party B, will be paid back to party A according to up to date pricelists. 如因乙方原因造成部件损失，乙方需依照当时市价给予甲方赔偿。 For any malfunctions on the machinery, not caused by party B, party A will send a technician within 12 hours, to repair or replace draught equipment or spare parts. 如出现任何非乙方原因引起的设备故障，甲方须在12小时内派技术人员前往修理（包括更换部件）。 Party A will be responsible for maintaining the draught equipment. This will be done on a regular basis, and will include cleaning of the beer lines. 甲方负责包括设备管道清洗在内的设备日常维护工作。 Any damages caused by faulty usage of the draught equipment by party B, will be the responsibility of party B.
