会计学（CGA）专业本科培养计划 Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Accounting 一、培养目标 Ⅰ．Educational Objectives 会计学专业培养品德优秀，既有扎实的经济管理理论基础，又有系统的会计理论知识和较强的会计实务操作能力，能从事各类企业、事业单位和政府部门会计实务与管理工作，以及本专业科研与教学工作的高级专门人才。 The Accounting program aims at preparing students to be specialists with a sound grounding in the principles of economics, management, and system accountancy knowledge and the skills of accountancy operations, and our students can pursue a career of practical accounting and management in any business sector, organization and government. 二、基本规格要求 Ⅱ．Skills Profile 会计学专业的主要特色是国际化与本土化、理论与实践相结合，培养具有国际视野的本土化高素质人才。学生主要学习会计、审计、财务和工商管理的基础理论和基础知识，接受会计方法与技能方面的基本训练，培养具有发现、分析和解决问题的基本能力。会计学专业毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力： 1. 热爱祖国，积极进取。遵纪守法，富有合作精神，具有良好的政治素质和职业道德修养； 2. 掌握会计、审计与财务的基础理论知识与定性、定量分析方法； 3. 具有较强的语言与文字表达能力（包括英语）、人际沟通能力、信息获取能力以及发现、分析和解决问题的基本能力； 4. 熟悉国内外会计及相关的政策和法规，国际会计惯例； 5. 了解本学科的理论前沿及发展动态。 6. 熟练掌握英语和计算机技术，能使用英语和计算机技术从事本专业的业务工作； 7. 具有独立工作能力，能综合运用所学知识和技能去认识问题、分析问题与解决问题。 As a student of this program, you will gain： Knowledge of management science, economics, accountancy； Skills of qualitative and quantitative analysis in accountancy； The ability and confidence to use mother language, essential skills for effective communication, ability to gather information, and to identify and solve problems； Understanding the routine accountancy and relating regulations and laws；and An awareness to understand its current stage of development. 三、培养特色 Ⅲ．Education Characteristics 1、实行通识教育基础上的宽口径专业教育； 2、注重学生专业基础理论知识的教育； 3、注重学生专业基本技能和动手能力的训练； 4、统一性和多样性相结合，体现培养个性化； 5、注重培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。 1．This program carries out the general education model of wide scope; 2．This program pays much attention to the education of basic professional theory; 3．This program attaches much importance to the training of basic skills and practice ability; 4．Combine oneness with diversity，indicate the education of individuality; 5．This program highlights the ability of problem analysis and resolve. 四、主干学科 Ⅳ．Major Disciplines 管理学Management
