美国修订精苯霜灵（Benalaxyl-M）残留限量要求（Benalaxyl-M；Pesticide Tolerances）　　1.Dietaryexposurefromfoodandfeeduses.Inevaluatingdietaryexposuretobenalaxyl-M,EPAassesseddietaryexposuresfrombenalaxyl-Minfoodasfollows: 　　i.Acuteexposure.Nosucheffectswereidentifiedinthetoxicologicalstudiesforbenalaxyl-M;therefore,aquantitativeacutedietaryexposureassessmentisunnecessary. 　　ii.Chronicexposure.InconductingthechronicdietaryexposureassessmentEPAusedthefoodconsumptiondatafromtheUSDAxx-xxCSFII.Astoresiduelevelsinfood,EPAusedtolerance-levelresiduesand100%croptreated. 　　iii.Cancer.EPAdetermineswhetherquantitativecancerexposureandriskassessmentsareappropriateforafood-usepesticidebasedontheweightoftheevidencefromcancerstudiesandotherrelevantdata.Ifquantitativecancerriskassessmentisappropriate,cancerriskmaybequantifiedusingalinearornonlinearapproach.Ifsufficientinformationonthecarcinogenicmodeofactionisavailable,athresholdornonlinearapproachisusedandacancerRfDiscalculatedbasedonanearliernoncancerkeyevent.Ifcarcinogenicmodeofactiondataarenotavailable,orifthemodeofactiondatadeterminesamutagenicmodeofaction,adefaultlinearcancerslopefactorapproachisutilized.BasedonthedatasummarizedinUnit,EPAhasconcludedthatbenalaxyl-Mshouldbeclassifiedas“LikelytobeCarcinogenictoHumans”andalinearapproachhasbeenusedtoquantifycancerrisk.CancerriskwasquantifiedusingthesameestimatesasdiscussedinUnit,chronicexposure. 　　iv.Anticipatedresidueandpercentcroptreated(PCT)information.EPAdidnotuseanticipatedresidueand/orPCTinformationinthedietaryassessmentforbenalaxyl-M.Tolerancelevelresiduesand/or100%CTwereassumedforallfoodcommodities. 　　2.Dietaryexposurefromdrinkingwater.Anassessmentofresiduesindrinkingwaterisnotrequiredforthisassessmentbecausethereisnodrinkingwaterexposureintheassociatedwiththeestablishmentofanimporttolerance. 　　3.Fromnon-dietaryexposure.Theterm“residentialexposure”isusedinthisdocumenttorefertonon-occupational,non-dietaryexposure(,forlawnandgardenpestcontrol,indoorpestcontrol,termiticides,andfleaandtickcontrolo
