绿色环保理念的餐饮空间设计研究 摘 要 随着时代的发展，餐饮空间已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的消费场所；随着消费水平的提高，人们对于餐饮空间有了更新、更高、更具体的要求。只有消费者的合理需求得到满足，餐饮行业才能长久发展；而只有设计理念与消费群体的需求相一致，该设计才能够体现其价值。由于人类赖以生存的自然环境、自然资源被过度开发、利用和污染，导致人们的身心健康受到严重危害，低碳、环保、无公害成为人们追求的理想就餐环境，但国内的餐饮空间设计环保性问题的研究还相对欠缺，这就使加强绿色环保理念的餐饮空间设计成为当务之急的问题。绿色环保理念的餐饮空间设计是把环保、节能，等理念运用到餐饮空间的设计中去，从而为消费者制造出更加安全、健康的用餐场所。本论文通过对基于绿色环保理念餐饮空间的设计规律及方法的总结，力图使绿色环保理念的餐饮空间设计在理论与实践方面有所普及和发展。 绿色环保理念的餐饮空间设计从理念到实施都比较贴近生活的自然标准，从用餐环境的根本需求出发，及时扼杀不良环境带来的后果，试图在设计中给人们提供一个环保、节能、安全的就餐环境、让人们在轻松愉快的环境下用餐。且着眼于人与自然的生态平衡关系，去考虑整个餐饮环境的设计以及未来环境设计的发展方向。关键词：长久发展；绿色环保；绿色设计；餐饮空间设计；相对欠缺； The research on the design of dining space based on the green and environmental concept Abstract With the development of times people demand more and more forthe dining palaces the design of dining space based on the green andenvironmental concept gradually becomes the general direction of diningindustry. The paper starts with the green and environmental concept onthe basis of the research on the development prospects and key points ofthe design of dining space based on the green and environmental conceptcombined with the application of material and studies the design for thedining spaces. Based on the principles of the design of dining space thepaper discusses the design steps. The steps include: the position of thedesign of dining space the application of layout space design decorativematerials indoor furnishing.
