中南大学本科生毕业论文 青岛市外贸企业电子商务发展策略 PAGE PAGE 1 中南大学本科生毕业论文 青岛市外贸企业电子商务发展策略 摘要 电子商务是一场商业领域的根本性革命，它必将成为国际贸易发展的一种趋势与必然。青岛市外贸企业要想在日趋激烈的竞争中获得持续生存与发展，必须顺应时代潮流：开展电子商务，逐步完善其发展。 本文通过对电子商务在青岛市发展现状的分析，深刻阐述了其带来的各种机遇与挑战，发现当前青岛市应用电子商务存在的问题：企业信息化水平不够高，社会信息体系不健全，技术安全性有缺陷，法律环境部优化以及缺乏高级复合型人才等，并针对这些问题作了几条重点思考与建议：青岛市外贸企业应转变企业经营机制，发挥自身优势，充分利用电子商务拓展海外市场，政府应积极建立电子商务应用政策，健全法制环境，培养和建立电子商务人才队伍。这些思考和建议对提高企业电子商务意识，运用好电子商务的优势以及解决应用中的障碍和采取相关有利措施，具有一定的参考意义与实际价值。 关键词：电子商务；外贸企业；国际市场环境；人才；企业经营机制。 Abstract E-commerce was a fundamental revolution in the field of business, it will become a trend and an inevitability of the development of international trade. The foreign enterprises in Qingdao under the increasingly fierce competition to obtain the continued survival and development , must conform to the trend of the times: carry out e-commerce and gradually improve its development. We focused on the analysis of the development of electronic commerce in the city of Qingdao and profoundly expounded the opportunities and challenges in this paper, discovering that there are so many problems in the current application of the e-commerce in Qingdao: the lower level of enterprise information, inadequate social information system, technical deficiencies in the security, Legal Department of the environment such as optimization, and inadequate compound talents. For these questions, we put forward a few important thoughts and suggestions: changing operating mechanism of enterprises ,using its own advantages and taking full advantages of e-commerce to expand overseas markets,the government should actively build e-business policies, improving a legal environment, cultivating and establishing e-commerce team.
