Verizon Proprietary Carrier Services Gateway (CSG)December Release Overview December 15, 2007 CSG takes on New Look CSG looks like the VPS Web site Easier navigation and ASR creation All the same functionality Pre-Order Order Processing Statusing CSG takes on New Look CSG takes on New Look CSG takes on New Look CSG takes on a New Look New Enhancements ASR Ordering Page will display the 20 most recently updated PONs Create ability to make ASR Order Processing Page the users homepage ASR Page will provide the ability to retrieve individual lists for the following conditions – Confirmed, Rejected, and C/NR Display an asterisk indicator (*) for fields that are required regardless of REQTYP and ACT A pop-up calendar for DDD population - weekends and region specific holidays will be restricted from selection The ability to expand/collapse sections of the ASR while creating an order Field names will appear in a pop-up box on the ASR when user mouses over field Fields in error will be highlighted in red and if triangle marker is clicked a pop-up box with the error code and response will be displayed Ability to copy a PON from the Worklist Ability to assume ownership of the PON from ASR List Ability to Create/Update User Profile from Bill/Contact Section in ASR New Enhancements ASR Ordering Page displays the 20 most recently updated PONs New Enhancements New Enhancements ASR Page will provide the ability to retrieve individual lists New Enhancements New Enhancements A pop-up calendar for DDD population New Enhancements Expand and collapse sections of the ASR while creating an order New Enhancements Field names will have pop-up , mouse over capability New Enhancements Fields in error will be highlighted in red and triangle marker have roll over capability to display error code and response New Enhancements Ability to copy a PON from the Worklist New Enhancements Ability to assume ownership of the PON from ASR List New Enhancements Ability to Create/Update Us
