徽商金属司绩效管理研究
内 容 摘 要
绩效管理理论的出现和发展为徽商金属公司绩效管理的实践提供了理论指导。通过绩效管理,有效地激发了员工的工作热情和创新精神,推动了员工的能力发展与潜能的开发,形成了一支业务技能强、工作效率高、产品质量佳、经济效益好高效率的工作团队。为企业的长足可持续发展奠定了良好的基础,提供了可靠的保证。徽商金属公司的绩效管理工作包括绩效指标的制定、绩效跟踪和监控、绩效评价、绩效反馈和结果的应用等。然而,我们必须清醒地认识到,绩效管理理论研究和实践都是借鉴国外相关理论发展起来的,与我国的国情和文化还有不相适应的地方。徽商金属公司运用绩效管理的实践道路还很漫长,正谓:小荷才露尖尖角。因此,还要运用绩效管理的一些理念结合公司的实际积极探索,审慎对待绩效管理,不断加强公司的管理,创造和谐运转的气氛。建立一个有效的与本企业相适应的绩效管理体系,提高绩效水平,是当今徽商金属公司管理与开发工作中的重中之重课题。更是推动本企业管理不断进步的重要途径。

Abstract
The emergence and development of the theory of Achievement Management have provided great guidance for the practice of Achievement Management in Huishangjinshu company.The practice of Achievement Management effectively evokes the stuff’s passion for work and their innovation ,at the same time ,it promotes the development of stuff’s ability as well as unfold their potential.As a result,forming a team which is skillful in practice ,effective at work,reliable in the quality of products and profile in financial return.The Achievement Management not only lade solid foundation for the corporation’s sustained development,but also guarantee that this process will go smoothly.The content of the Achievement Management in Huishangjinshu company covered the establishment of performance’s indexes,performance tracing and supervising,performance feedback and application of results.However we still have to keep our mind clear and realize that the research and implication of Achievement Management come from relating theories developed in foreign countries.Thus,it must to some extent deviate from our country’s real situation and our own culture.There is still a long way to go for the implication of Achievement Management in Huishangjinshu company,alike,we are at the threshold of a long mark.Hence we can not be too prudent when binging Achievement Management into effort,and learn from practice while combining the theory of Achievement Management to the real circumstance of the company.Meanwhile we should keep enhancing the effective manag
