施工企业经风险管理

摘 要 目前建筑市场秩序比较混乱,建筑施工企业面临多种经营风险,制约着企业的发展与经济效益的增长,本文的目的就是研究如何管理和规避风险,减小风险给施工企业带来的损失。本文首先介绍了论文的研究目的、背景、研究历史及现状、研究方法,然后对风险及风险管理的基本概念、原理进行了论述。接下来本文围绕施工企业经营管理过程中的常见风险(投标报价风险、合同风险、施工作业风险、物资供应风险)进行了具体的因素分析,明确了导致这些风险的具体因素。明确了导致风险的因素后,本文对如何管理风险并且规避这些风险进行了研究,找出了具体的方法和对策。最后以沙特麦加轻轨项目为例,分析了该项目经营管理中导致风险的原因,并针对这些原因提出了具体的风险管理和规避风险措施。施工企业是一种风险较大的企业,我们可以通过理性分析风险因素,严格合同管理,加强现场 HYPERLINK /zuoye/ \t _blank 作业安全,严格采购等手段来加强经营风险的管理。 关键词:经营风险 风险管理 因素分析 规避风险 Abstract At present construction market order is tremendous chaos, construction enterprises are facing various business risks, which are restricting the development of enterprise and economic benefit growth, the purpose of this paper is to study how to manage and avoid risk, reduce loss which risks bring to construction enterprise. This paper firstly introduces the research objective, background papers, research history and status quo, research methods. Then the basic concepts and principles of risk and risk management are discussed in this paper. Then the concrete factor analysis around the common risk (bid price quotation risk, contract risk, construction work risk, material supply risk) of construction enterprise management process are discussed, which made the risk factors clear. Understand risk factors , the paper discusses how to manage risk and avoid these risks, find out the specific methods and countermeasures to deal with risks. Finally to Saudi Mecca light rail project as an example, analyzed the causes of risk of project management, and according to these reasons put forward specific risk management and avoid risk measures. Construction enterprise is a risk enterprise, we can through the rational analysis of risk factors, strictly contract management, strengthen on-site safety, strict procurement means to strengthen the risk management.
