摘 要 采煤机械的装备水平是煤矿技术水平的重要标志之一。采煤机械的选用取决于煤层的赋存条件、采煤方法和采煤工艺，而采煤机械的技术发展又促进了采煤方法和采煤工艺的更新。煤炭是我国的主要能源，煤炭工业为国民经济发展做出了重大贡献。但是煤炭工业面临着许多困难和问题，采煤机械化是最终发展的必然。所以如何提高采煤效率以满足我国现代化建设中迅猛发展的经济对能源的需要就成了十分迫切的要求。 我国煤炭中薄煤层储量丰富，对大功率采煤机的需求量也比较大。而炮采安全性比较低，生产率也比较低；综采对设备要求较高，而且投资费用比较大。所以对厚薄煤层来说开发适应高档普采的采煤机是非常必要的，而MG750/2210-WD型交流电牵引采煤机正是针对厚薄煤层适应高普而进行的设计。 MG750/2210700-WD型采煤机的截割部机械传动由两级直齿传动和两级行星机传动实现。采取摇臂结构形式以增大滚筒的过煤空间进而提高装煤效率，并对各级齿轮及相应的传动轴进行了设计计算和相应的校核，结果满足设计要求。 关键词： 采煤机 截割部 行星机构 ABSTRACT Coal mine machinery and equipment level is one important indicator of the level of technology.
