摘 要 办公室自动化是近年随着计算机科学发展而提出来的新概念。办公室自动化英文原称Office Automation，缩写为 OA。办公室自动化系统一般指实现办公室内事务性业务的自动化，而办公自动化则包括更广泛的意义，即包括网络化的大规模信息处理系统。 办公自动化没有统一的定义，凡是在传统的办公室中采用各种新技术、新机器、新设备从事办公业务，都属于办公自动化的领域。随着管理水平的提高，Internet技术的出现出现了以信息交换平台和数据库结合作为后台，数据处理及分析程序作为中间层，WEB作为前台(三层次结构)的全新OA模式这种模式下，我们可以将OA系统纳入由业务处理系统、财务系统等系统构成的单位整体系统内，使我们可以通过OA系统看到、分析得到更全面的信息。我们会将大量的业务数据，甚至是文档数据放回数据库内。随着COM、OLE、WEB等技术的应用Windows操作系统为开发环境、SQL Server 2000为数据库平台、选择微软的ASP为前端WEB应用程序开发工具,采用三层体系结构，即用户界面层，商业逻辑层，数据库层的分布式处理开发。 关键词：网上企业办公自动化；ASP；数据环境；人力资源 Abstract Office automation is the development of computer science in recent years with the proposed new concept.
