数字化乳腺摄影在福田区适龄女性乳腺癌筛查中价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨数字化乳腺摄影在福田区适龄女性乳腺癌筛查中的价值。 方法 对福田区2451名适龄女性采用数字化乳腺摄影进行乳腺癌筛查，采用数字化钼靶拍片机，对所有筛查者常规摄取双乳轴位、侧斜位片，由两名放射科主治医师进行读片诊断。 结果 所有筛查对象中，乳腺呈脂肪型443例（18.1%）、少腺体型821例（33.5%）、多腺体型984例（40.1%）、致密型203例（8.3%）；乳腺摄影结果：0级249例（10.16%）、Ⅰ级2042例（83.31%）、Ⅱ级78例（3.18%）、Ⅲ级71例（2.90%）、Ⅳ级9例（0.37%）、Ⅴ级2例（0.08%）；共筛查出6例乳腺癌患者，脂肪型乳腺1例，少腺体型乳腺2例，多腺体型乳腺2例，致密型乳腺1例。 结论 数字化乳腺摄影的图像清晰，密度分辨率及空间分辨率高，对乳腺癌的敏感性强，可作为福田区适龄女性乳腺癌筛查首选的影像学方法。 　　[关键词] 数字化乳腺摄影；乳腺癌；筛查 　　[中图分类号] R445.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0103-02 　　Study of value of digital mammary gland photography in school-age female with breast cancer screening in Futian district 　　YANG Li-wen 　　Department of Radiology，Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Futian District in Shenzhen City， Shenzhen 518000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the value of digital mammary gland photography in school-age female with breast cancer screening in Futian district. Methods 2451 school-age female in Futian district were conducted breast cancer screening，digital mammography shooting machine was used for all the screening objects to scan axial，lateral oblique slice of double breasts，and it was diagnosed by two radiologists doctor （attending physician）. Results Among all the subjects，there were 443 cases （18.1%） with fat type of mammary gland，821 cases （33.5%） with less gland type，984 cases （40.1%） with more gland type，203 cases （8.3%） with dense type；the results of mammary gland photography indicated that 249 cases （10.16%） were level 0，2042 （83.31%） cases were level Ⅰ，78 cases （3.18%） were levelⅡ， 71 cases （2.90%） were level Ⅲ，9 cases （0.37%） were level Ⅳ，2 cases （0.08%） were level Ⅴ；6 cases with breast cancer were screened，there was 1 case with fat type of mammary gland，2 cases with less gland type of mammary gland，2 cases with more gland type of mammary gland，1 case with dense mammary gland. 　　Conclusion The image taken by digital mammary gland photography is clear，density resolution and spatial resolution is high， and it
