T:Do you like music? 板书课题:I like music that?I can dance to Step2 Presentation Ⅰ.Talk about the kinds of music. Ⅱ.Then listen to the songBig Big World。Lead in the new phrases: can sing along with, has great lyrics., can dance to. Word: lyric, Step3 New-teaching. Ⅰ.1a Ask four students to read the sentences in 1a,.Point out the words: prefer gentle 引出定语从句:在复合句中修饰某一名词或代词的从句。 Eg:I like music that I can sing along with. that has great lyrics. that I can dance to. that isn’t too loud. 2.Analyse Attributive clause 3.Practise :Make sentences according to the pictures.(Show CAI) 4. Ask the students to look at the picture in 1a and circle the sentences they agree with, then write their own sentence. Ⅱ 1b Listening practice: 1.Listen to 1b and check the answers. 2.Act out the dialogue .Then find out the Attributive clauses in the dialogue. Ⅲ.1C.Group work Step4 Consolidation and exercise. Step5 Summary Go through the Grammer Focus . Encourage the students to use the sentences with the Attributive Clauses to express preferences.
