铝钢异种金属熔焊焊接工艺摘要本文对近年来铝钢焊接的各种常见的焊接方法(压焊，搅拌摩擦焊接，钎焊，熔焊)进行综述，认为铝钢的异种材料焊接关键在于对金属间脆性化舍物层进行控制。详细分析了铝与钢的焊接性,综述了国内外铝与钢异种金属焊接的研究与发展状况,重点介绍了目前应用于铝与钢连接的焊接方法,并对各种焊接方法的优缺点作了分析比较,指出各种焊接方式在实际生产中的不足，并对铝钢焊接研究方向进行展望。关键词：铝和钢；异种金属；焊接；金属间脆性化合物层AbstractThe paper focuses on a test-bed designed to test static capability and energy absorption capability of head restraints of automobileseats．The weldability of aluminum and steelwas analyzed. Theresearch and developments of welding of aluminum and steel aswell as the weldingmethodswere summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of each weldingmethodwere compared.．It mai
