毕业设计 题 目 年产1.2亿片来氟米特片 （规格：10mg/片）的生产工艺设计 学院名称 化 学 化 工 学 院 指导教师 职 称 讲 师 班 级 制药工程112班 学 号 学生姓名 2015年6月7日 年产1.2亿片来氟米特片剂（规格10mg/片）的生产工艺设计 摘要 ： 本设计比较全面的阐述了年产 1.2亿片来氟米特片(10mg/片)的生产工艺设计。首先简单介绍了来氟米特片的功效以及来氟米特片的优点，确保了此设计的意义。其次指出了此次设计的指导思想和设计原则，再次把它的工艺流程分为粉碎、筛分、混合、制粒、干燥、压片六个步骤，最后依据每个单元步骤布置单元平面车间和总平面车间。 具体的工艺设计内容包括：厂址选择，生产工艺流程，物料衡算，设备的设计与选型，车间平面布置，空调净化系统等。并绘制生产工艺流程简图、主要设备图和车间平面图。在此次设计中，厂房能够符合GMP规范，且生产工艺能够规范和严谨。 关键词：来氟米特；工艺流程；车间设计 The process design of Leflunomide tablets with an annual output of 120 million (size 10mg/ tablet) Abstract: In this design, the production technology design of annual output of 120 million (size 10mg/ tablet)Leflunomide tabletswas roundly recounted. Firstly, the efficacy of Leflunomide and the advantages of Leflunomide sustained-release tablets were introduced briefly, to ensure the practical significance of this design. Secondly, the idea and principle of this design were pointed out. Once more, the process was divided into six steps:crushing, sieving, mixing, granulating, drying and pressing. Finally, the unit workshop plane and total workshop plane were arranged according to each unit step. The concrete content includes: factory site choice, production technical process, material balance, equipment design and shaping,workshop plane arrangement, air conditioning purification system and economic efficiency calculation and so on.And map production process flow diagram, main equipment and workshop floor plan .In this design, the workshop conforms to the GMP standard and the production process tends to be normative and rigorous.
