中医辨体质系统在医院健康体检中应用与实现 　　摘要：随着时代的发展与改革，在工作的压力和快节奏的环境下，人们对健康的观点，开始从“有病治疗”向“定期体检”发展，因此近年来，中医的治疗和保健功能越来越被人们重视和喜爱，作为以发展“中医”为自主品牌的医院，我院一直对中医的发展进行研究和创新。特别是从2006年成立体检中心以来，我院潜心研究如何将中医特色应用到健康体检中，让中医成为造福人们健康的好帮手，让中医引领现代健康理念的新时尚，经过5年的探索和论证，我们初步实现了将“中医辨体质”的体检功能做成计算机软件系统应用到日常的健康体检中去。 　　关键词：中医；体质；辨识；软件应用 　　中图分类号：TP311 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-3044（2013）04-0766-03 　　Application and Implementation of TCM Constitution Identification System in the Hospital in the Health Examination 　　CHEN Qing 　　（Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Yangzhou 225009， China） 　　Abstract： With the development and Reform Era， The pressure at work and fast-paced environment， Peoples views on health， From the beginning of Treatment of disease to regular physical examination ， So in recent years， Traditional Chinese medicine treatment and health care function more and more is valued and loved people， As to the development of Chinese medicine for the independent brand hospital， Research and innovation of our institute has been on the development of traditional Chinese Medicine. Especially from 2006 since the establishment of physical examination center， My hospital of painstaking research how the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine was applied to the health examination， Let the Chinese medicine to become a good helper for the health of the people， The new fashion for Chinese modern health concept， After 5 years of exploration and demonstration， Our preliminary implementation of the TCM Constitution identification physical examination functions into computer software system applied to routine health examination. 　　Key words： traditional Chinese medical science； body constitution； identification； software application 　　中医认为，疾病的发生和发展与身体不同的体质特征有一定关系，比如在冬天有人穿很多衣服还是很冷，而有的人只穿很少的衣服便可御寒，这和人的体质有着很大的关系，“中医辨体质”就是通过观察人的生活细节以及身体呈现的状态来分辨体质。中医认为，人的体质共分九种类型，即平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、血瘀质、痰湿质、湿热质、气郁质、特禀质，针对每一种偏颇体质都有相应的治疗、预防、养生方法。然而中医“治未病”讲究个性化，因人制宜，需要找到行之有效的方法和途径，而体质辨识正是“治未病”的“抓手”，为“治未病”提供了方法、工具与评估体系。目前，
