Using the point of logistics service to give a new Business Process Re-engineering, and have put forward the informationization frame of the transportation enterprise; Have carried on the research and development of GPS data terminal; Have developed vehicle monitoring system based on GIS technological; management information system meeting the actual management demand of transport enterprise in function. Set up an example of informationization applications in the transport enterprise, several items of key technology are: 1.GPS terminal with an embedded configurable software application which can convert time and address and 2-to-3 Chinese character code. 2.Objecte-oriented multidimensional database modeling. It is proved by the achievement that the using information technology can raise the management level in enterprise .The research results of this project are worth popularizing and applying in the western transport enterprise, and it has prospect of commercialization . 1 项目概况 统计资料表明云南省公路运输在近几年内实现了持续增长，为保障和促进全省社会和经济持续发展发挥了重要作用。但由于在货物运输方面近十余年来已形成的经营主体多元化、小型化的影响，原货运企业在组织、集约化、规模化、专业化方面的优势已严重削弱，当前全省货运市场仍普遍存在竞争有余、协调不足的问题。本项目为提高运输企业在组织管理规范化、规模化、专业化程度，加强监控、提高管理效益而提出。二OO二年八月二十八日在云南昆明通过项目可行性论证，由云南省交通科学研究所题出，大连海事大学，云南昆明汽车运输集团有限公司共同完成。本项目以昆明
