民营企业国外投资风险及其防范对策研究Research about the risks of private enterprises to foreign investment and its prevention countermeasures内容摘要：“十二五”规划期间，我国积极实施“走出去”战略，大力鼓励一些有技术、有能力的企业率先走出国门，积极开拓海外市场，参与到国际竞争中。而这些企业中，民营企业的比重在不断的增加，但其在国外投资中不仅面临大型国有企业所遭遇的风险，更由于其自身原因会碰到更多的投资风险。本文从目前国内民营企业参与国外投资的现状入手分析，剖析了民营企业在开拓国际市场的过程中遇到的各种投资风险，并从民营企业内外部分析了遇到这些投资风险的原因，结合从华为海外投资成功或失败的案例得到的启示，提出了一些民营企业对国外投资风险能采取的防范对策，从而将风险降到最低，提高自身走出国门进行国外投资的成功率。关键词：民营企业；国外投资；投资风险Abstract: Twelve Five Year Plan period, our country actively implement the going out strategy, technology, the ability of enterprises strongly encouraged to take the lead out of the country, actively explore overseas markets, to participate in international competition. These enterprises, the proportion of private enterprises in a steady increase in foreign investment, but it’s not only faced with the risks encountered by the large state-owned enterprises will encounter more investment risk, due to its own reasons.
