HALLOWEEN Doris Pan an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year holy evening October 31 the evening before All Saints Day Halloween culture can be traced(追溯到) back to the Druids /dru:ids/(德鲁伊教), a Celtic/keltik/ (凯尔特人的)culture in Ireland, Britain and Northern Europe. Roots lay in the feast of Samhain/saun/(立冬节), which was annually(每年一次地) on October 31st to honor the dead.
