几种凝汽器水位测量方法探讨 　　摘要：分析了在凝汽器特殊的运行工况下采用差压式水位计测量凝汽器水位存在的问题，阐述了应用导波雷达液位计测量凝汽器水位的可行性和可靠性以及设备安装和使用的注意事项。凝汽器水位测量是电厂液位测量的难点，采用导波雷达液位变送器可以解决这一难题，但其安装有一定难度，改造成本和维护成本也较高，本文介绍的测量方法改造成本低，又能保证凝汽器水位测量的正确性、稳定性和可靠性。针对凝汽器水位测量不准的常见问题,从测量原理、安装注意事项及运行效果三方面对差压测量法和导波雷达液位测量法进行介绍与分析。提出在成本允许的前提下,为最大限度的减少测量误差,应选用导波雷达液位测量法。 　　关键词：凝汽器 水位测量 差压式水位计 导波雷达液位计保证；凝汽器水位；测量；正确 　　Abstract: in the condenser is analyzed under special operating conditions using differential pressure type water level gauge measuring the problems existing in the condenser water, expounds the application of guided wave radar level gauge measuring the feasibility and reliability of the condenser water and installation of equipment and use the matters needing attention. Condenser water level measurement is a key problem for power plant level measurement, adopting guided wave radar level transmitter can solve this problem, but the installation has the certain difficulty, renovation costs and maintenance costs are high, in this paper, the measuring method of reconstruction of low cost, and can ensure the correctness of the condenser water level measurement, the stability and reliability. For condenser water level measurement is allowed to common problems, from the measurement principle, notable matters of installation and operation effect of tripartite face differential pressure measuring method and the guided wave radar level measurement method is introduced and analyzed.
