论我国失地农民的权益保护摘要：伴随着经济的发展而带来的城镇化速度的加快，农村的集体土地、特备是大中型城市郊区的土地被以开发的名义而大量征用，被征用了土地的农民就成为了失地农民，由于我国某些制度性的原因以及农民自身因素的问题，在失去赖以生存的土地后，失地农民就必须面对就业难的问题，在农民再就业这一块，失业现象是比较严重的，并且在失业后而随之失去后面的一系列的重要权益保障，失地农民的社会保障这一块也存在这相应的补偿低，分配制度也比较混乱的现象，不论是从现实的可能性以及客观必然性来看待，我国的失地农民在从今以后的很长一段时间类，都将持续增加，而且因为城市化进程的加快失地农民的增长趋势也会加快。现阶段如何科学的解决失地农民的社会保障问题，解决失地农民的再就业问题，妥善的安置好失地农民。是保证我国各级的改革与发展的重要问题，也是保障社会稳定因素的重要的一环。笔者就目前我国的失地农民的现状以及相关问题的不足之处进行分析，试着去探讨如何解决失地农民的问题。关键词:失地农民； 土地征收补偿；权利保障Abstract: Along with the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the rural collective land, land on the outskirts of large and medium-sized cities were prepared in the name of the development of the expropriated, the land requisitioned peasants became land-losing farmers, because of some institutional factors and the farmers themselves, after losing land to rely on to survive, farmers have to face the problem of difficult employment, in the block, farmers again obtain employment unemployment phenomenon is relatively serious, and after unemployment and then lost behind a series of important rights and interests safeguard, the social security of the farmers that also has the corresponding compensation is low, the distribution system is the phenomenon of chaos, whether from the possibility of reality and the objective necessity, the land-lost farmers in China for a long time from now on, will continue to increase, and because the speeding up of urbanization of land-lost farmers will also speed up the growth trend.
