本科生毕业论文 题 目： 铁尾矿与活性混合材的 复合效应及合理掺量研究 英文题目：The compound effect and reasonable dosage research on iron ore tailings and active mixed materials 学 院： 材料科学与工程学院 专 业： 材 料 化 学 班 级： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2011年6月14日 摘 要 我国的铁尾矿分布不均匀，尾矿成分复杂、种类繁多，且排放量大。由于尾矿库建设运营费用高，造成尾矿堆积，严重污染环境。为解决铁尾矿堆积问题，尾矿再次利用将受到人们的重视，尾矿用于研制生产水泥是尾矿利用的途径之一。通过不同铁尾矿粉掺量对水泥净浆、胶砂性能的影响，铁尾矿粉与粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣复合效应，研究普通硅酸盐水泥中铁尾矿粉的适宜掺量。试验研究发现，唐山迁安铁尾矿没有活性，可以用作水泥的掺和料。用铁尾矿粉与粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣掺量在5%-30%范围内，通过测试水泥净浆的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间，水泥胶砂强度、流动度，结果表明，铁尾矿与活性混合材适宜掺量为18%。普通硅酸盐水泥中铁尾矿粉掺量突破标准规定8%。将铁尾矿粉作为水泥掺和料，最大限度地利用了铁尾矿，为铁尾矿的开发利用开拓了新的渠道。 关键词：铁尾矿粉，粉煤灰，粒化高炉矿渣，净浆，强度 Abstract Chinas iron ore tailings of which composition was complicated and various has uneven distribution and large amount of emissions. It was the high cost of construction and operation of the tailings that caused large accumulation, polluting the environment seriously. To solve the problem of accumulation of iron tailings, the attention of tailings re-use has been paid . That tailings apply for the development and production of cement is one of the ways to make re-use of tailings. Through the effect on cement paste, mortar properties caused by different content of iron tailings powder and composite effect of iron tailings powder, fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag, this paper studied the appropriate dosage of iron tailings in ordinary Portland cement. Experimental study found that, Tangshan Qianan Iron tailings had no activity, and it can be used as cement admixture. The results showed that iron ore tailings and active admixture performed well for the dosage of 18% by tested normal consistency of cement paste water, setting time, cement mortar strength, fluidity. With content of tailings iron powder and fly ash, granulated blast furnace slag in the range of 5% -30%, the content of iron ore tailings in Portland cement break standard 8%.And that iron ore tailings powder was used as cement admixture ma
