关于轨道交通运营企业安全管理工作的一些思考 冯进峰 贾礼琨 （天津市地下铁道运营有限公司安全品质管理部 300222天津//第一作者，硕士，工程师） 摘要：运营安全是城市轨道运营企业工作的重点，但安全是一个动态的过程，而地铁运营的专业性较强、社会影响较大，安全管理工作尤为突出。然而城市轨道运营企业基本上处于不断总结和摸索的阶段，只有根据线路、设备、设施的基本情况，结合企业员工的整体素质水平，充分调动各级人员的工作主动性，将各种资源有机地调配起来，按照现代企业重视人、质量、安全的要求，针对城市轨道运营企业的特点和所处的环境，及时果断地建立健全适合本企业特点的工作机制，不断地总结、不断的创新，才能有效地掌握安全运营的规律，才能实现地铁运营工作的快速、健康、长远发展。 关键词：安全管理 轨道交通运营 运营安全 Consideration on safety management of The city railway communication（CRC） line operating unit Feng Jinfeng, Jia Likong Abstract：Operation safety is the focus of The city railway communication（CRC） line operating unit, but safety management is a dynamic process, and Operation of the metros highly professional, social impact, particularly in the management of safety. However, CRC line operating unit is operating in a constantly improving and groping stage. Only under the line, equipment, basic facilities, combining with the overall quality of corporate staff levels，we should fully mobilize the initiative of the staff in every levels and redeploy all diversified resources. In accordance with the importance of the modern enterprise, quality, safety requirements, for the characteristics and environment of operating unit, we should timely establish decisive working mechanism suiting with the characteristics in the area. Of course, constantly improving and constant innovation, we should grasp the law of safety management effectively and achieve quick, healthy, long-term development of the metro operating.
