浅谈汽车维修质量保证 　　摘要：自从我国改革开放以来，我国经济的快速发展，人民的生活已达到小康水平，小车已进入普通大众家庭，汽车保有量迅猛增加，随着汽车在市场上的保有量越来越大，因维修质量造成车子存在的隐患，或者维修后产生的抱怨，甚至直接造成事故的，不在少数。为了防止事故、客户抱怨的发生，所有维修厂都从汽车维修质量上下功夫，如何从制度管理、现场管理着手，对维修生产的每个环节进行层层把关，希望把维修合格的车辆交付到客户手中。通过这一良性循环，维修厂可以赢得客户信任，同时可以减少因维修质量造成的损失。 　　关键词：维修质量、质量管理、质量保证 　　Abstract: since the reform and opening up, Chinas rapid economic development, peoples living has reached the well-off level, the car has entered the common people family, the rapid increase in the amount of car ownership, with the car on the market retains the quantity is more and more big, the car repair quality caused
