Promoting to positively join in the world, he strongly praised the loyalty of peole with lofty ideals and the noble spirit of the died pursuing the loyalty, and severely criticized the ugly acts of those who were against the Confucian justice at the loss of dignity in pursuit of wealth. “Literary Thoughts Reflected in Fan Ye’s History of the Eastern Han Dynasty” which Guo Xuefeng and Wu Huaiyuan published on “Journal of Anhui Agricultural University(social science edition)” think that: Fan Ye had made biographies for many literature scholars in Eastern Han Dynasty and recorded the numbers of their works and literary style.This paper analyzes the cataloging styles, the works and the writers tasting of History of the Eastern Han Dynasty, elucidating not only the importance of Fan Ye’s attention to the social function of work, but also the idea of literature mining characteristics of the situation.
