本科生毕业论文 兰州市大学生宿舍人际关系现状调查与分析  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT V 毕业论文 论文题目（中文）兰州市大学生宿舍人际关系调查与分析 论文题目（外文） Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Interpersonal Relationship of College Students Dormitory in Lanzhou City 兰州市大学生宿舍人际关系调查与分析 摘 要 大学生宿舍人际关系是指，发生在宿舍中的，由宿舍成员在日常的学习和生活中所形成的以精神关系为主要内容，以语言、思想、知识。情感等为媒介的一种相互的关系，它是大学生人际关系中的一种。宿舍作为大学生生活的主要场所，宿舍内人际关系的好坏会影响个体的情绪，进而影响其学习、生活，并间接影响到大学生从宿舍获得的各异幸福感和组织支持感，从而影响到学业成绩。因此，本次研究采用发放调查问卷的方法，对???前兰州市大学生宿舍人际关系现状进行了研究。结果发现兰州市大学生宿舍人际关系的主流是和谐的，大多数学生认为宿舍人际关系十分重要，且对当前状况满意度较高，同时经常相互交流参与宿舍集体活动，也有意愿努力提高宿舍人际关系状态。说明大部分大学生在宿舍内与室友相处融洽，学习及生活氛围和谐。但也有学生表示对目前宿舍中人际关系并不满意，本人从性别、年级的变项上，探讨大学生宿舍人际关系中存在的问题，并提出了改善建议。 关键词：大学生；人际关系；宿舍人际关系 Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Interpersonal Relationship of College Students Dormitory in Lanzhou City Abstract College student dormitory interpersonal relationship refers to the occurrence of the dormitory, by the dormitory members in the daily study and life formed by the spirit of the main content to the language, ideas, knowledge.
