摘要 纵观中国改革开放三十载，中国的经济取得了巨大的成就。中国经济的高速发展，带动了中国各行各业迅猛进步。中国的工业也是一日千里。在这种产品过剩的情况下，中国的包装事业如雨后春笋般呈现出来。随着人们对包装的不断重视，对包装要求的不断提高，人们开始把目光投向了包装机械行业。然而，我国的包装机械还处于刚起步的状态，包装机械的品种不齐全，自动化程度不高。尤其是医药行业，它对包装的要求非常高，尤其表现在对卫生的高标准上。这样只能减少人为的接触，提高从制药到包装成品的自动化。其中，泡罩包装在药品包装中扮演了一个重要的角色。它大量应用于西药和中成药上。 在这种情况下，80年代中国的第一台连续式热成型-充填-封口机在锦州包装机械厂问世。随后，泡罩包装机日新月异，不断完善。目前出现了各式各样的泡罩包装机，它们的速度高，自动化程度高，包装质量优异。 本次毕业设计在现有热成型充填封口机的基础上，设计一种适用小型医药企业的连续卧式热成型—充填—封口包装机。作者首先针对目前的发展状况提出了一种总体设计方案，接着对泡罩包装机进行总体布局设计、典型零件的结构设计与校核以及对轴的加工工艺的概述，最后分析了热成型—充填—封口包装机的经济效益。 关键字：热成型 泡罩包装 结构设计  Abstract Take a wide view of the 30 years’reform and opening in China，the Chinese economy obtained huge achievement. The high-speed development of economy aroused a swift progress in every walk of life. Simultaneously ,the Chinese industry is also developing at a tremendous pace. Chinese people begin to keep up with toward the world. At such a historic time, under the circumstance of product excess, the packaging business of China grows profusely and quickly presents out. Along with people’s continuously valuing packaging and the request on packaging continuously raising, people start to turn their concern to packaging machine profession. However, the packaging machine of our country is still placed in just the appearance of start and packaging machine species are not well-found. The automatization is at a low level .In medicine profession, its request of packaging is high, particularly in the high standard of sanitary.Thus we have to reduce manual contact, exaltation automation level from making medicine to packaging finished product. Among them blister packaging plays an important role in the pharmaceutical packaging area.It is in widely applied to the western medicine and Chinese traditional medicine.
